Gregory Lytle

President, Chief Executive Officer & Director

Greg has been providing strategic advice to mineral exploration companies for over 20 years. He has served as a consultant to the Company since it completed its initial public offering in May 2020 and was appointed President and CEO in March 2025. As Managing Director of Lytle & Associates, a corporate communications and advisory firm that has supported private and public enterprises for over 30 years, Greg's experience spans various industries, including technology, biotech, real estate, publishing, and mineral exploration. He has facilitated the raising of over $100 million in funding for clients and initiated relationships with industry leaders, including American Express, GE, Intel Capital, and Morgan Stanley. Greg was also instrumental in the sale of the Valentine Lake gold project to Marathon Gold.

J. J. (Jeff) Smulders, BSc, MBA

Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary & Director

Jeff is a seasoned financial professional with over 45 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. His career began at a prominent accounting firm, followed by a decade of leadership in financial operations at a major mining company. For the past 25 years, Jeff has operated his own financial consulting practice, providing strategic guidance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of private and public companies. Now semi-retired, he continues to offer his deep expertise and practical insights to clients seeking trusted financial counsel. 

Bruce MacLachlan

Independent Director

Bruce brings over four decades of experience in mineral exploration to the Company, with a strong track record of guiding projects from grassroots discovery to advanced-stage development. His career includes roles as Geological Technician/Prospector with Noranda, Hemlo Gold, and Battle Mountain Gold; Project Manager with CanAlaska Uranium; and Exploration Manager with Noront Resources and Rare Earth Metals. Since 2001, Bruce has served as President and CEO of Emerald Geological Services, and in August 2024, he was appointed President and COO of TSX Venture-listed Bold Ventures Inc. 

Guillermo Lozano-Chávez, MSc, MBA, PGeo

Independent Director

Guillermo is a Professional Geologist with over 40 years of experience. He previously served as Vice President of Exploration for First Majestic Silver, where he was responsible for all exploration activities in and around five operating mines. Prior to that, he was Director of Exploration for Silver Standard Resources, managing exploration projects in Mexico and overseeing operations in Peru and Argentina from 2002 through 2012. Since 1990, Guillermo has also operated his own consulting firm, working with several major and junior mining companies throughout Central and South America. Earlier in his career, he held roles with the Penoles Group as both an Exploration Geologist and Mine Manager.

Glen Wallace, MBA, CPA, CGA

Regulatory Compliance

Glen has served as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and a Director with several development-stage public companies since the 1990s. He is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in accounting and the management and administration of publicly listed companies, and was a partner in the accounting firm of Austin Chan & Wallace for six years. He has an MBA from Laurentian University and Advanced Specialty Certificates in Forensic Accounting and Securities Fraud Analysis from BCIT. Glen brings extensive skills in regulatory compliance, finance, and administration to the Company.

Colleen-Sue Davis

Administration

Sue has extensive experience in providing corporate administrative services to public companies in Canada, including ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors. She has served as Corporate Secretary and senior officer of numerous companies, including Gold Finder Resources, since 1987.
